Omar has studied acting at Rutgers University where he attained a minor in Theatre Arts. Omar is fluent in both Spanish and English, which has helped him to star in off Broadway shows in both languages. He had some runs at the Spanish Reperatory Company starring in La Gringa and Marido Encadenado, appeared in films such as Spanglish Girls and The Bourne Ultimatum, and appeared in numerous commercials. He has also been a fight choreogrpher, firearm consultant, and tactical advisor on several films.
