With over 25 years of arts and culture industry experience, Arian maintains a varied and inspired career in the areas of arts management, directing & producing.


Co-founder and Artistic Producing Director of the nonprofit Hudson Exploited Theater Company (HExTC); Arian is passionate about telling compelling stories that speak to the variety of experiences that make up the American landscape.  He is an award-winning director with scores of indie theater and media credits to his name and is currently in development as an Executive Producer & Series Creator of the episodic concept West of the City.


As an arts administrator, he currently serves in the leadership role of Program Director at New York State Council on the Arts where he oversees a grant making portfolio of $3.8M across two program areas.  Previous management appointments include serving at prestigious institutions such as Carnegie Hall and NJ Shakespeare Festival among others.  Notable consultancies include: Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, Arts & Business Council, WiT Media and Hudson County Office of Cultural Affairs.


Awards for excellence in direction have been presented to Arian by NYC International Fringe Festival and HOLA (Hispanic Organization of Latino Actors). He has also been honored with a PPAC (Park Performing Arts Center) Showtime and Union City Artist awards for his artistic contributions to the Hudson County, New Jersey community.
