A.B. is an actor, playwright, poet and director. HExTC credits include Jane Ho, An Honest Gringo (Auto-Destruct), Does a Tiger Wear a Necktie?, Ampersand (as an actor); and Geneva (as a playwright).  Other stage credits include Hamlet, Othello, Macbeth, Don Quijote: la última aventura, Collapsing Universe, Sonnets for an Old Century, Tina Does Pérez, Hip Hop’s Unspoken Words, and a musical workshop of García Lorca’s Blood Wedding.

He has also appeared in the films Alexander Collins, Preaching to the Choir and Amores locos and on NBC’s Law & Order Special Victims Unit.  As a playwright, he has written the plays Banjee, Branches, Manchild Machismo, Geneva, Stardumb, Caterwaiters, The Valley is Green and Ramble.

As a poet, he has performed all over the NYC metropolitan area, North Carolina and in Puerto Rico.  As a director, he has directed The Trip, Tina Does Pérez, Arranged Marriage, The Taking of Miss Janie and numerous readings.
